Condo Rental Rates (including tax and 3x/week maid service):

High Season (Thanksgiving - Apr 30) -$225/night.
Low Season (May 01-Nov 30) - $150/night.
Holidays (Christmas to New Years, Semana Santa/Easter week) - $275/night.
Monthly Rates Available By Request. We do not have weekly rates.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

50% due within 7 days of reservation and balance due within 14 days of rental
Cancellation policy: 10% if cancelled anytime, 50% 15-30 days prior, 75% within 14 days of rental. No show, no refund.
$500 refundable deposit for damages and phone required prior to rental.
We accept checks, money orders and paypal (subject to 3% fee on credit cards processed through paypal).
We are paypal verified!
